We offer two flavor profiles with the intention of providing you the best coffee experience. We find that within the medium and medium dark roast the flavors are more robust. Darker roasts, in our humble opinion, remove sugars and fruity flavors. Both our roasts offer a full body and generous flavor experience with an intense aroma derived from the biodiverse environment of the Puerto Rican mountainous rain forest.
